SHIPPING

    • All confirmed orders are processed on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
    • During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or special releases, order processing times may be slightly extended.

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
    • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

    • Standard delivery within Malaysia typically takes 2 – 5 business days after dispatch.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • International delivery generally takes 5 – 7 business days after dispatch.
    • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated time frame.
    • All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country.
      These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer.
    • Anotherandom is not responsible for customs-related delays, fees, or refusal of packages at customs.

    • Domestic deliveries are fulfilled via Ninja Van (Malaysia).
    • International deliveries are handled by FedEx or other trusted international courier services based on destination and availability.

    • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, refusal to pay customs duties, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

    • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service.
    • Anotherandom is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving delivery issues with the courier wherever possible.
