Return & Exchange

At Anotherandom, we are committed to ensuring every purchase is a positive experience. While we strive for excellence, each return or exchange request will be handled individually and in accordance with the terms outlined below to protect both our customers and our brand.

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Items sold as special release, promotional, discounted, or collaborative pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing original packaging/tags will not be accepted.
    • Anotherandom reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these criteria.

    • To initiate a return, email anotherandom.my@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images if the product is defective or damaged.
    • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your case is eligible.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to Anotherandom’s fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
    • Items returned without prior approval will not be processed and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

    • Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a strict quality and authenticity inspection.
    • If approved, you will receive a confirmation email; if rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
    • Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days after inspection.

    • Exchanges are only permitted for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
    • To exchange for a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
    • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Anotherandom’s error or a defective product.

    • Returned items must be packaged securely; Anotherandom is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
    • For footwear, shoeboxes must be protected by an outer layer. Damaged shoeboxes may void your return.
    • For international returns, clearly label the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional import duties.
      Anotherandom will not cover any customs fees incurred on returns.
    • Returns that show signs of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior (e.g., frequent returns, wardrobing, or violating our policy) may result in refusal of future orders or permanent account restriction.

    • Anotherandom reserves the right to update, amend, or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
